About the program
Faculty learning from faculty, across institutions
The Joint Faculty Mobility (JFM) Program strengthens entrepreneurial education and innovation through faculty exchange. NEIL collaborates with institutions across the globe to create opportunities for faculty to exchange knowledge and share expertise.
The program was founded through a pilot with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras), which remains a founding partner. Through cross-institutional engagement, faculty are exposed to diverse approaches in entrepreneurship education, research translation, technology commercialisation and venture development.
The program encourages the sharing of teaching practices, research insights and institutional experiences that enrich academic delivery and strengthen the connection between university research and real-world challenges.
